Dear IFSP Selection Committee Members,

I am writing to express my great interest in the IFSP Control and Automation Specialization Course. Attending the postgraduate course in Project Management and Business in IT at IFRJ, I have a solid foundation in management and technology, given by professional experiences and by the degree in Business Management at FATEC-SP, a field of study that, although formally located in the Human Sciences, harmoniously combines Humanities and Exact Sciences, enables analysis, management and development of Information Systems through the promotion of processes and governance and contributes generously to the field of STEM.

Since 2005, I have been an IT enthusiast, I had initial contact with programming through RPG Maker and Ruby language, which aroused my interest in Web Development. Debuting as a freelancer in 2007, I served clients such as Capi Honda, commerce in Jacareí/SP and region, from an early age accustomed to remote work, and, after graduation, Cantacom, Smiles, Petronas, Grupo Input, Haras Rosa Mystica, Human Concierge, Macro Network and dozens of internal and external clients of the group.

I seek to deepen my knowledge in Control and Automation, an area in which I had contact through three of four semesters of Mechatronics at SENAI and experiences in the companies Usiform and Megatech, training declined for personal and health reasons.

The IFSP Control and Automation course will provide me with tools to deepen my knowledge of embedded systems, industrial robotics, and building automation.

I propose to develop a project that explores the possibilities of the background of Systems such as CMS, E-Commerce, LMS, and related, integrating it with relevant Control and Automation technologies such as Arduino or Raspberry Pi. I am convinced the course will be a great learning experience for my career.
